it's because Dell have CPU overclocking via BIOS(it overclocks only CPU(no RAM), i overclocked my CPU with Clockgen(it overclocks both FSB and RAM frequency, so i have now around 185FSB and 370MHZ RAM speed instead of 166 and 333MHZ)...

i use RM clock 2.25 for maximum performance and it also mesures CPU temreature, i have overclocked my T2700 with clockgen and it's shows around 40-45 degrees celcius in desktop mode and around 55-60 in games and clocks are always at...
