I'll attempt to do so, and will keep this thread updated on the status. Funny thing is, Dell called me today to ask me to answer a survey on how my recent case was held. I told them it wasn't over yet.
I guess at this point what do you think I should do? Wait around for an email back? Or email them every day or so asking about it?
