No matter how fast wireless purports to be (my connection is supposedly 54mbps all the time) wired in has always been faster for me.

remove the plastic, no more scratches! but as for a dead pixel, I'm sorry dude just call and complain like crazy. I dunno which screen I have but I got my system yesterday there are no dead pixels and very little leakage, don't put up...

I just received mine today! And it really does kick @$$. The screen's beautiful (a little brighter would be nice but that's getting picky). I also got lucky and have zero dead pixels and almost no light leakage. Downloading 3DMark 05...

Get the fastest processor you can afford and a good bit of RAM, those are the big factors for photoshop performance.
