NWN2 is disappointing on my system with 2GB of RAM. 20 FPS indoors with nothing going on and maybe 35 outside. The sky textures go wonky on me as well unless I run the game windowed.
The M1210 isn't the best gaming rig out there...
I have to agree with the post directly above. How is any of this Dell's fault? I think I'd drop dead if I actually did a burn at 'maximim' speed. Please try and understand how things work before throwing a tantrum at the manufacturer.
Now I like my M1210 but the previous post by lancorp is correct. The only place I'm aware of where you can see viewing angle specs is in the users manual:

I'm thinking the Costco system mentioned in the original post has the integrated graphics option...I just downloaded the Call of Duty SP demo and it ran fine.
I'd suggest returning the M1210 for a larger laptop if you are expecting a system that will be your primary gaming machine. Nothing this size or smaller is going to cut it. Luckily there is plenty out there to choose from if you don't...
