Yes you can Houmi, I did exactly that (I live in UK, ordered from Germany), my order hit phase 10 yesterday, so it's being shipped, it worked out cheaper for me to order it from the German site. I guess the paperwork will be in German...
You do realize if you have it shipped from the US to the UK the import duty/tax and postage will be insane right? I'm not sure exactly what your plan is but I just thought I'd add that incase.
