OK, well you could try running the Dell Diagnostics that are built into the machine instead.
When the machine boots, press F12 for the boot menu and select Dell Diagnostics. I'm pretty sure there's a section in there for testing HDD's....
OP.. if your processor speed is 2.2Ghz, 2.4Ghz or 2.6Ghz it is Santa Rosa.
