UHh, seriously a p3? The core 2 duo has an ultra low voltage version, 2 actually and adding a larger hard drive wont decrease battery performace or weight, and going with 5400 rpm would be negligable difference in terms of battery usage
I just ordered a Dell Inspiron 6400, spend $1220 canadian and got a Radeon x1400 core 2 duo 2.GHz 120GB and 1GB RAM..on a 1.4 inch with bat time of 5 hours top
The centrinos are all interfaces with the chipset because they are for intel chips only I have a feeling that is why centrino systems run better and why AMD with its new partner ATI is trying to develop their own similar chipset.
