I might create a disassembly guide in the future for this model in which i'll document the process with photos.
The one on the right was a support frame piece that went over the top of the DC jack to keep it from being crushed down, the other one was also a support that went over a part of the circuit board that sticks out where the HD connects.
Couldnt get the link to work, but thanks anyways. I finally figured out where the pieces went and have the unit all reassembled now.
Anything is possible, its just a matter of how technically proficient you are and if your willing to take the unit apart to replace the HD. I forgot to ask the reason you wish to replace the HD anyways..is it not working?
Check the systems power save feature's setup, or if your running another program to manage it that could be overclocking your system when it runs it from ac adapter.
From what I read online its not easily replaceable cause you have to take the notebook apart.
