Sorry but you didnt increase the voltage and lower your temps at the same time with a BIOS mod unless the laws of physics dont apply your laptop.

7900/2500 have the same OC potential. You can OC a 7900/2500 usually to 7950/3500 speeds. 7950/3500 i believe are cherry picked cores, so they will usually clock higher than the 7900/2500 cores no matter what.
