the sound after a while of listening to music or playing games starts to become all wierd and muffled and stuff until i restart the laptop. sometimes the screen becomes verry dark(almost like its off exept i can see what is on my screen...
i have that same problem with my sattelite a65. jw, how long did you have the notebook becfore you returned it? im trying to figure out if there is any way that i can return this damn notebook without ebaying it.

i have problem number 1, but also sometimes when i take it out of sleep mode the monitor doesn't turn on. sometimes when i take it out of sleep mode it recognizes my wireless network, but it doesn't connect to the internet.
redhat linux 9 is installed but i need my wifi drivers. its an atheros super 802.11g built in card. i also need usb drivers, and some type of program that says how much battery life i have left.
