You can't, the video card is integrated into the motherboard.
You probably won't be able to remove anything out of the chassis either besides peripherals.. maybe the optical drive, but I doubt that will give you any weight savings.
Not sure you can get the data off the command line. The best idea is to take the hard drive out, connect it with a hard drive enclosure to another Windows machine, copy the data off.

Runs fine until it crashes.. yea sounds like it may be a driver issue. I'm kinda surprised it plays at all. Does it get to a point where its actually lagging before it crashes? Does it crash it the same point or randomly?
