Called again a few times already... they keep telling me "oh you just missed him" or "he is on his lunch break, he will call you back." This is getting crazy. Why are they avoiding me?

In early January of 2010 my Alienware m15x broke for the 4th time. I explained to AW that my laptop was clearly a lemon, and every time they sent it back "repaired" it came back with the exact same problems and broke a few...

So I don't think I am gonna be able to hold off getting the computer till the hardware update... what about a price drop though? Anyone know when those are likely to happen?

I can't find anyone talking about the Studio XPS 16 which I am very interested in for my next purchase. The search function won't allow me to type XPS 16 since the words are too short. Can someone point me in the right direction?

that sounds great.... USB 3.0 would be amazing... I will try and hold off on the purchase than. Hopefully, I won't have to wait too long

I am planning on buying a new m15x, but I have heard many reviews that the current hardware is somewhat dated and there is much better stuff available. Any idea when dell will refresh the customization options and put some new stuff...
