Once again Alienware is a day late and a dollar short, same with the ati 9700 back in the days for the 5500, it took them forever for them to bring it out while competitors like Sager had it in their system 3-4 months ahead.
The only way you will get a decent price for the 9100 is if you got the MR9800 and at least a 1 gig of RAM. DVD burner and WUXGA helps somewhat. Can't wait to use the money from the sale of my 9100 for the XPS Gen2, just gotta wait...

That's due to heat issues because they use the desktop intel chips
