Just as a quick update. The company refused to replace my battery again. So I'm back to square one. Any suggestions for more reputable places to try getting a battery from?

I'll have to call them tomorrow. The battery was a replacement of a replacement I purchased that went bad. Not sure if they will exchange for a third.
