I got no custom or import duty! I think my friend declared it as a gift and customs agreed! 106 pounds VAT but that's still cheaper than the equivalent system in the UK.

I have got it shipped to the UK from the US which still works out cheaper than getting it from alienware.co.uk. It hasn't arrived yet. Should I be getting worried?

Unfortunately I cannot talk to Alienware US as I live in the UK and cannot get in contact. I know this is a lot to ask but please if anyone has any time in the near future, could they give Alienware US a ring on my behalf and ask them...

I looked on alienware.com and I couldn't see one sadly. Not sure about transmission maybe someone else can answer? (I would like digital channels as well if possible!
