interesting ... you have a protective plastic at the second half of the keyboard. my last 2 4780s and 8790 did have that.

the hp was the machine that i was looking for in the beginning. i don't know the hp is running cooler than the sager but you could go to compusa or circuitcity or best buy or fry to have a look. as far as i know sager's replacement...
