I hate that router! I had the EXACT same problem, I ditched that router and got myself a Netgear wireless access point, and I've been in wireless bliss every since.
Um, wouldn't they notice that you're sending back the wrong system.. since the serial numbers wont match when they recieve the system you're sending back?
