I think the way it works it this:
You make an order, and get screwed.
You contact company 1st time and wait a reasonable time for response.
If you get an answer from vendor, try to solve the problem.
If you don't receive an answer, contact them again.
wait for response.
If no response, call credit card company, explain problem, show them proof of purchase (internet bill), proof of contact (emails ) and they will take action.
