I would say out of those three the D630 would be the balanced choice based on your criteria. But if you can wait a few weeks suck it up.

I was using the Intel driver cause I was having problems losing connection with Dells driver. But now Dell has updated to the same driver so life is good. Vista bluetooth software is fine.
