Will this work for my E6850?

Will this work with the E6850 I have on my 9262?

The benchmarks are awesome...but how'd he overclock? I have a 9262 that I'd like to try it with.

How did you overclock it? I have Sager 9262 w/ E6850. BIOS doesn't appear to allow overclocking and I can't find software that will allow it within windows (that's compatible with the 9262).
