Left click on the dell quickset icon in your taskbar. Select XPS gaming interface.

I just switched my LG for a Samsung. In my opinion, the Samsung is much better. My LG had a dead pixel. Samsung has none.

I have a stuck Blue one on my XPS2.

Not sure what is going on, but you can probably boot to safe mode and delete it.
