im in the first stage of rma'ing my 8887v, but this comp is so nice i dont think ill ever buy from a dif company,and am actually thinking of doing the 8887 to 8890 upgrade if it is still offered.Never thought about getting the extended...

kind of wondering if theres a way to see if they'd just reduce the price of the upgrade instead of replacing the MB if they have to.Don't know if they can fix the nic without replacing the board.

2 were case screws and i cant find where the third went but thats what went threw my mind loktite

ok they just called back rma time it isnt just the bios for the RMA,it is also that i found 3 screws floating around in it and nic card isnt working.

nothing helps still cant get to bios does anyone know how to get into the bios other then ctrl-alt-s or what i need to do to do

after installing mandrake 9.0 and finally getting it to run, I cant get into my bios. I ctrl-alt-s and still wont work.i reinstalled windows but still cant open bios. thanks 8887-v

ok after i select the password,then select the user with there password i hit next and get a *tmdns rpm * error has occured. how do i fix this
