you can always download updates from Dell. I don't know if you can transfer oem licensing, i think not. I know the full version of vista can be transfered. This was a big debate when it was released. you might want to check with...

i agree with Sebby - memory if you can afford 2gb. Photoshop CS is is memory and processor hog.
