The new A06 Bios for the M1210 still does not solve the lockup issue for me. I was chatting with a Dell technichian yesterday and I will have to get my laptop replaced. There seems to be no fix for it. Very annoying.

I have the same problem with a brand new XPS m1210. I did a fresh install of XP with just the Drivers and the system hangs at the XP Splash screen or at the login screen. My laptop has the A/V package. I have done all the suggestions...
