Definitely the 8104 as the graphics card will be the determining factor in getting good performance with those games whereas a 64-bit CPU will provide a negligible improvement for those other basic tasks. Good luck in your purchase.
It really depends on what you'll be using the laptop for specifically. You said "everything, including online gaming", which I took to mean basic functions and gaming and in that case I'd recommend the 8104 since it performs...
