Yes, you can get wraps and such for your cables. It helps with your cooling slightly too as well run cables don't interfere with your airflow and don't collect as much dust and dirt.
To move the mobo to a new case shouldn't require taking off the heatsink/fan. Just be carefull depending on the size of your cpu fan. It's pretty easy to just transplant hardware, just a little time consuming.
