@firestarter: thx for the grats ^^ . it was necassary to push the limit a little further, kraxkill was to close lately difference between 7900-7950: i guess to main reason why the 7950 performe this way is the higher core voltage....

KraxKill is right - if you have modded your system. with the appropiate meassures, eg. as5, taped air intakes, forced airflow, i'm able to keep the gpu-temp below 86°C while doing the usual stuff (3dmark, atitool,rainbow6).

ok, i was able to shoot some photos... configuration: both ports, vga and dvi connected to one tft (Eizo S2110W) analog and digital i'm able to notice the difference.
