Yup, Step 1: Take apart laptop. Step 2: Take off heat sink. Step 3: Take out Core Duo. Step 4: Put Core 2 Duo in. Step 5: Put on heat sink. Step 6: Put laptop back together. Step 7: Turn on pc. Done. That is all you need to do.
