Yea I haven't ordered the ilap, i have just been looking at them. I guess they say cause the way it's angled or whatever heat will dissipate from the back on up. All I really know about it, is what I read from their website.

The one I plan to get is made for an apple powerbook. However, the design doesn't use any fans. Other than that, haven't found any widescreen notebook coolers yet that has fans

Shaun, when I removed that aluminum sink that covered the cores, a couple of the thermal pads came off of the core by itself. They came off really easy and ripped while like 2 of them stayed on the other cores fine. They're kinda...
