Pulling out and putting back in these cables at the bottom of the picture arguably the toughest job. Luckily, they are on ebay and in a pinch if you blow the power cable you can use the Quick Launch one. Why HP used low-insertion force for these 2 is unknown. Stupid but unknown.

I've found that inserting the power cable at the top works a heck of a lot better if you insert it partially when the ZIF is locked down. Then open up the ZIF and it slides right in.
