i sent an request email into PC Torque for an RMA.
I would like to request an RMA for my Sager 8790. I purchased this computer last august, and an RMA should be covered under the warranty agreement. now....i know the email is supposed to goto sager, but as a formaility i sent it to PC Torque, because its who i bought it from. i also want a extended warrentey so thats prolly who i should talk to to get it. I am guessing in terms of the RMA, it will either be forwarded off to sager, or i will be told to send it to sager. Hopefully i can get fast return shipping, the cost of USPS registered mail priority post (3 days) is cheaper than UPS 3 day select. we shall see. i love this 8790 when it works, and with the warentey and when these problems get fixed it will be great. i plan on keeping this computer for atleast 2 more years. so for the money put into it, it should last as long as expected. -Damian |
