Unhappy Time for RMA number two

i sent an request email into PC Torque for an RMA.
I would like to request an RMA for my Sager 8790. I purchased this computer last august, and an RMA should be covered under the warranty agreement.

The following hardware issues on the computer need to be addressed:

The WSXGA+LCD Screen Flickers.

The same above said screen also darkens from time to time when it is not at the correct angle.

The On-Board Camera doesn’t function all the time; I believe this is attributed to the malfunctioning screen connection.

The onboard RADEON 9700 is now “artifacting” frequently, and requires replacement.

All of these issues were discussed on your forums, and all peers suggest an RMA is in order.

I would also like to inquire about an extended warranty, and DVD burner upgrade.

My warranty went into effect on August 26, 2004 and I would like to extend it for a couple of more years. Could you please provide extension information?

In reference to the DVD burner, the Burner as stated in the hardware specs is a 4X burner, yet the drive is unable to burn at 4x. It does however burn correctly at 2x. IF the burner is a native 2x burner than I can understand, and please notify me as such. However I was under the impression I could burn successfully at 4X. I use Memorex 8X DVD-R discs, with the Sager provided NERO burning software, so I believe the software should be able to burn a complete disc at 4x with out major disc errors.
.

now....i know the email is supposed to goto sager, but as a formaility i sent it to PC Torque, because its who i bought it from. i also want a extended warrentey so thats prolly who i should talk to to get it.

I am guessing in terms of the RMA, it will either be forwarded off to sager, or i will be told to send it to sager.

Hopefully i can get fast return shipping, the cost of USPS registered mail priority post (3 days) is cheaper than UPS 3 day select.

we shall see.

i love this 8790 when it works, and with the warentey and when these problems get fixed it will be great.

i plan on keeping this computer for atleast 2 more years. so for the money put into it, it should last as long as expected.
