Keyboard problem
I got in touch with tech support via e-mail over the weekend about it, but no answer yet. My 9880 keyboard has very bad problems. Certain letters no longer respond when I type. But it's not a "regional" problem. The backspace key no longer works, nor does the "O", nor does the "G" and many others. However, the "P" works fine and letters right near the ones that don't work will work just fine.
Oh, and a piece of advice. If you did get a Sager from PCT, don't ever lose the documents that come with it. I was refused tech support assistance of ANY kind because I didn't have my shipping documents that contain my warranty ID (whatever the hell that is). It seems to me that if I bought a 9880 system, odds are I'm warrantied. And since I had the sales order number (and the system serial number) you'd think they could look it up and be able to tell when the warranty is out. But no, that did not happen. So, don't lose the paperwork, folks. I'm hoping like hell I kept mine at the office. If I don't, am I screwed out of $3000? ![]() |
