if u got a PM then centrino hardware control would be your best bet. monitors CPU GPU and Hard drive temps, and allows for alot of customization

I have always used mobile meter. It comes with a lot of the systems and if not, you can do a search here in the forums (Sager area I believe) for the link at Geocities (I believe). This is for the tray as well as a little window that you can put anywhere on your screen.

When I get the CX7, I will see if it comes with a different program, but that is what I use the most of.

Good luck!
