can't add http://support.microsoft.com to trusted sites

Trying to get microsoft help with .net framework install, but before I can do that I need to add http://support.microsoft.com to trusted sites. When I try to do that I'm told address already exists on another site list and that I should remove it from the other list first.

Any ideas? I can't find it on any other list. I use ZA Pro, but I don't see it anwhere there.
