Exclamation SAGER 5690 Motherboard?

I just got this email from rma service:

Quote:
The laptop computer you send back for repair. Our technician found it
has bad mother board cause not boot up. Because we don’t have new mother
board anymore. If you want to replace REFURBISH mother board (90 days part
and labor warranty). The price is $ 400.00 + labor $ 80.00 + shipping $
30.00. (COD has $ 7.00 collect fee).

This is the second time that this has happened with my notebook. The first time I was lucky that it was under warrenty. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anyother options for obtaining a replacement motherboard than from sager? Any ideas or input on this matter would be greatly apprectiated.
