8204 messed up

I waited until I tried everything to post here. I have done all updates from windows update after a fresh xp pro install. Downloaded all the drivers from the euro site and installed them. Yet, my webcam dosen't even show up to install, it only worked when I first got it and I had the acer cd installed. >_< It's so frusterating. Any suggestions?

Does it appear in device manager?
Have you install the Acer OrbiCam Software and drivers?
