Oil i6000 fan?

How do i do it. I've taken off the fan but dont have acesss to the bottom of the fan, what else do i remove. I'm asking as the fan is making a dry bearing noise which stops when i stop the fan or increase the speed to max

And yes i have removed the keyboard and removed most of the dust on the fan

Why not just call Dell for a new fan?

Its out of warranty now, how do u replace it anyway? Its the fan on the left
