beryl messing with right clicks?
I know the drill, first things first the setup:
Ubuntu Edgy (all the updated installed) Beryl 0.1.4 Xorg 7.1 (with composite extensions enabled....AIGLX) OSS "radeon" drivers What happened: When I right click in any app (firefox, openoffice, evolution...) the right click menu comes up BEHIND the application where its rightclicked (visible either through transparency or a piece of the menu hanging off to the side if right clicking in a non-maximized window, somewhere close to the edge) . Right clicking on the desktop (in gnome) worked fine. In GAIM, the status selector also spawned BEHIND the gaim buddy window. Solution: reboot Question: Why did it happen? Anyone else experience something funky like that? |

When I first setup beryl on my Dad's machine the bottom gnome panel wasn't showing up but a reboot fixed it. He's been fine since then. I'm guessing you will be too.

Still very impressive, especially since it beat Vista to market, but needs some polishing for sure. -olly

I'm not running Ubuntu, but I am running the latest Beryl. I have not seen the problem. Also, I only use Nvidia... not sure if that's related. Also, I use KDE instead of Gnome (perhaps too many differences between our configs).
