OK well a test install of XP Pro is going on now. I had to disable sata native support since I didnt have any drivers. Now what? Can i re enable it after xp is installed? Or after SP2 installed? Or do I need to track down the drivers?

The Intel INF chipset drivers include this so after I install those I can tunr sata back to native for performance?

nope nothing no way to install drivers after install. I am stuck with vista and all its problems how fun yay... Only if my wife listened and bought a MBP...
