playing a ps3 on vista

ok i am gettting a laptop and ps3 and a adaptec dual tv tuner as well on june 10th (graduation. i am buying the laptop and tuner myself and my dad is paying $300 towards the ps3 for getting a letter in wrestling so i decided y not get it all on graduation day.) i know how to hook up the tuner i just need to know what to do from there once softwear is installed. (please do not tell me anything about tuner lag. i have done my resrarch on that.) also i would like to know if you have a tuner and watch tv on vista does vista fill up the whole screen or is it a little movie box. i am guessing if it is a little movie box you can stretch it to full screen. help anyone?

*starts talking about tuner lag >:3 * j/k

it would depend on the software you use for the TV tuner whether it'll run in fullscreen or windowed mode. most tuner software can do both, and you should have the option to size it as you like. all the tuners i've used have been like that.
