Mac / Windows video conference?

hey guys, just a quick question. I was wondering, is there any way to video conference with windows users that use MSN messenger from our macs? been trying to do so but so far only the ichat/aim works and it's Veeerrrryyy slow with windows users.

iChat/AIM is the only method I use also. Yahoo Messenger works if you wish to conference with more then 1 person. Skype supports it too but only for voice, not video.
