Phoenix BIOS crisis Recovery

Does anyone know how to perform a BIOS recovery on Sager notebooks for a failed BIOS update? Specifically the Sager 4780 / Prostar D47U / Clevo D4x0.

I'm wondering the same thing, especially what the key combo is to invoke the recovery flash after boot. but for an AW m7700/Sager 98xx/Clevo D900 machine with a Phoenix bios.
