how can i connect my laptop speaker to the TV ?

hi

i recently bought samsung 40 inch

and i have XPS m1210 i did connect the notebook to the LCD TV and everything looks amazing but without sound

is there any wire i should buy to use the lcd speaker ?

if yes please link the wire here that i can order it

no iam using dvi to dvi

can i use dvi to hdmi ?

cause my m1210 doesn't have direct hd port

if there is a cable can do please just link it

Ohh ok I thought you had an M1330 for some strange reason. In that case you want something that can go from the headphone jack on your laptop to the two RCA jacks (left and right) on the TV.

The cable you ordered probably won't work. Fegul's suggested cable will. You can also pickup that same cable at Radio Shack or a similar electronics/stereo shop for a reasonable price.
