Unhappy Nvidia Forceware and Driver updates for 8400M GS processor

Hi

I wanted help in knowing the right driver and forceware update for my PC:
AMD Turion 64X2, tl-60 (2 Ghz)
2GB RAM
Vista home premium 32bit OS SP1
250GB hard disk
256MB Nvidia Geforce 8400M GS processor
Driver version: 7.15.11.5665
Forceware version: 156.65

Is this the latest versions available now?
If not, can anyone please tell me how to do so safely?

When i play games like NFS MW, the screen frequently gets stuck slightly/flickers.
Will updating the driver/forceware fix this, or what should be done for this??
I mean, is there any settings which i might be missing...

I bought this config with great xpectation of playing games..
Please help me...in this..

Thanks in advance...
