Yes. FSX is a very CPU intensive simulator and the fast desktop CPUs that are offered in the NP9262 will allow FSX to run very nicely on this machine. I use flight sims a lot and although I don't run it on my notebook I am familiar with the requirements.
A couple of recommendations....Flight sims are nicer on high resolution screens, especially if you like the advanced jets with detailed glass cockpits, so get the 1920x1200 WUXGA (or just use your 1080 HDTV with the DVI output). Quad Core is nice but FSX still doesn't scale efficiently to four cores so you may get better performance with a faster dual core than a slower quad core. This may change in the future but quads will also be cheaper in the future and you can upgrade if you are up to it. FSX will run well on a single 9800M GTX but it could always use more graphics horsepower so if you can swing it go for a pair of 9800M GTX cards in SLI. Be prepared for more heat, noise, weight, and less battery life though.
An NP9262 with a quad core and SLI is expensive but it offers desktop performance that can't be matched by any other 17" notebook on the market today (except another Clevo of the same type under a different brand of course).
