Grand Theft Auto IV

Quick question guys!

It says you need a minimum card like a 7900 GS.
But my laptop has a 7900 GS Go.

Should this bring problems? The rest of the specs are ok.

The recommended specifications have not been launched yet.
But the 7900gs go is similar to the desktop version, and I think that it will work very good
bye

Okay, that's really funny because the "minimum" card (7900 GS) is more powerful than the "recommended" card. You'll be able to play it fine.

A desktop 8600 with 512MB of memory is going to be more powerful than a 7900 GS.

The mobile card is probably slightly less powerful than the desktop card and your CPU is also probably slow but if it's a dual core you should be able to play it with reduced settings.

It looks llike your machine is doing pretty well. I would suggest downloading a demo of a new game before buying it to make sure it runs to your satisfaction.

There's really no other way to know for sure.

Well, that is the problem. The game needs 18 GB of space, and it has an open world. They don't bring out a demo.

OK, then wait until somebody else benchmarks this game and several others in a comparison and then compare the relative scores against your own system using a game you do have and are familiar with as a common frame of reference.

You should be able to get a reasonably accurate idea of how it will perform on your system.
