Intel Announces 32 nm Chips

Intel Has announced the end of the "development phase" of new 32 nm chips, and slates them for Q4 2009.

Wonder if they will be on the same interface as the i7's or if we'll have to change to a whole new motherboard.

The initial chips should be the same interface, but sometime between 2010 and 2011, they're planning to roll out their next architecture (Sandy Bridge) and that will likely require a new motherboard.
