Our admins take the best and most objective laptop reviews and index them here to create a distinct selection of quality reviews with averaged overall ratings. Many of these reviews have benchmarks attached to them which allows for users to compare their laptop's performance with others, and ultimately enables us to provide a sortable list which at a glance show the fastest laptops amongst a variety of applications (gaming, video editing, web browsing, etc...). Fujitsu U810 Mini-Notebook Review

well i saw this at frys a cou7ple weeks ago for 999 with a 100 mir, but i dont like mir so i waited for it to go on sale and they finally did it at 899. i did buy the 3 year warranty from frys whi8ch is a nice2 addition to bad they dont offer accidental like they do with my dells

i like the small form factor and how it fits in your pocket. the screen is magnificant sharp and bright. good colors and such.

keyboard takes getting used to since its small and i have big hands sometimes i hit 2 keys at once.

only 1 usb port sucks put is manageable

compact flash and sd card slots are a plus especially when my high end cameras can utilize both.

processor is only 800mhz they should have went with a 1.2 and even bumped the ram to 2gb but i guess thats on the next model,

i dont like like the 40gb as hell installing vista fills that up fast.

i saw you can get a 100gb drive into it so the upgrade is going to be next.

the wifi seems to work great.

mine came wi8th vista premium but had vista basic tag.

overall is a nice umpc probablky the best on the market but still could use some new enhancements

Agree with you dude.
U810 is a very nice UMPC, expect the USB port issue and small keyboard.
And I use it as a Car GPS.
