If you have JUST purchased the notebook, you may still be able to return it for a refund. With video cards, you need to look at the hundreds digit of the model number. You've got a couple of 3870s in your gaming rig, the 8 indicating its performance level (high end). The performance level of the GPU in the notebook you just bought is 1, or low-end. If you want to play WoW at more acceptable framerates, you'll need a notebook with at least a 4 performance level (low midrange), which would mean an ATI 3450 or Nvidia 9400 or better
