Hanzo has a few people on his/her side.
Got my NP9280 today but...

I notice on CPU-Z my core speed varies? The multiplier goes from x25 to x12 and seems to stay on x16.

I laptop is plugged in and has a balanced power plan.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Is it doing this to Save Power or Conserve Energy?

Is this Normal?

Thanks
